Active ingredients (5X HPUS): Crab Apple (Malus pumila). Inactive ingredients: 27% grape alcohol solution.

How to Use

How to take each essence individually:

Take 2 drops of a single remedy directly on the tongue or add to a beverage and sip. For best results, repeat 4 times a day.

How to make your personalized blend:

1. Fill a clean mixing bottle with spring water, three-quarters full (empty Bach^® 30ml mixing bottle sold separately).

2. Add 2 drops of each remedy to the mixing bottle. Up to 7 remedies in total may be combined.

3. Take 4 drops of your personal blend at least 4 times a day.

Can be taken individually or as a blend – for best results, take for at least 14 days. Approximately 380 doses per bottle.

2 drops in water and sip at intervals or add to a 30ml mixing bottle containing water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.

Storage & Safety

Store below 77°F (25°C). Do not use if tamper evident seal around bottle neck is missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children.
