To take orally:

1-3 years: 10-15 drops
3-7 years: 20-25 drops
7-12 years: ½ teaspoon
Adult serving size: 1 teaspoon
Servings: 6-48
Take with ½ oz. water or juice 3x daily.
For topical use:
