How it Works
AL-J is an expectorant formula containing mucilaginous substances which affect mucous membranes. The Greeks and Romans fed fenugreek to their cattle (part of its Latin name, foenum graecum, means Greek hay). The Egyptians used it for embalming. Horseradish goes back more than 3,000 years.
