Pour 1 liter of boiling water over 3 tablespoons of herbs, cover, and let steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and add sweetener to taste. Drink hot or iced.
Precautions
Sage tea can be an acquired taste. If the flavor isn't your favorite, try adding peppermint tea to your brew. Peppermint is another herb traditionally used to help stop milk production.
