INGREDIENTS

Blonde Psyllium husk, Licorice root, Hibiscus flower Slippery Elm bark, Apple (Malva sylvestris L.) fiber

HOW TO USE

For adults and children 14 years of age and over. Take 3 capsules, twice daily, in the morning and in the evening. Drink a full glass (250 ml or 8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.
